Maloney’s Budgens customers who booked tables at Giancarlo Caldesi’s restaurant in Bray to enjoy their sixth seasonal lunch did not leave disappointed!
The restaurant was booked out, (there was a substantial waiting list), and everyone present remarked upon the wonderfully vibrant atmosphere, the unbelievable value for money and the exquisite food.
Giancarlo created yet another inspired menu using seasonal ingredients found on his visit to Maloney’s Budgens in Ascot. From authentic Italian pasta filled with gorgonzola and walnuts, fresh pumpkin soup to chicken al limone (his own personal favourite), customers were enthralled by the enormous variety, tastes and flavours of the food presented during the 8-course taster menu.
